About EzFormBuilder
EzFormBuilder is a platform for building forms, collecting submissions, and capturing document signatures, with per-form encryption and an audit trail for signing and encryption events.
Who we are
EzFormBuilder is operated by RodyWorks LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as EzFormBuilder, based in Lompoc, California. The platform has three parts: FormBuilder for data collection, DocuBuilder for document signatures, and encryption applied per form.
What we build
Forms and signature documents that record the evidence a signed record needs — consent, timestamps, document integrity — and that can be encrypted at the form level rather than only at the perimeter.
Controlled Unclassified Information
CUI encryption is the regulated mode. Selecting it on a form requires the CUI tier to be enabled, the account to be granted it, and a DFARS 252.204-7012 contract flow-down on file naming the contract it flows down from.
